Question: The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?!
Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process.

If you have not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us.

Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer: The exact shipping costs are always clearly indicated during the ordering process. For shipping to Belgium and other EU countries, special rates apply, and for shipments outside the EU, additional costs or customs duties may apply.


Track and Trace
Question: Where can I find my Track and Trace code?
Answer: After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number (check your spam box). This allows you to track the status of your order via our website.

Question: The Track and Trace code does not provide any information, how is this possible?
Answer: From the moment your package has arrived at the mail order company, the Track and Trace information is available. Please note that there may be some delay.
