Delivery times and shipping

Order before 4 PM, delivered tomorrow. This may take slightly longer during holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link to follow the delivery.

Free shipping from a minimum order value per country. After filling in your details, free shipping will be applied automatically.

Please note: If your package is delivered to a collection point, make sure to pick it up within the retention period.

Uncollected packages that are returned will be processed at handling and packaging costs. These costs will be deducted from any refund. If you wish to receive the package again, new shipping costs will be charged.
