Who am I

My name is Shelsey Killaars and I am a holistic therapist-coach, Reiki Master, and founder of Cosmic Health - Gems.

From a young age, I felt a strong interest in energies and the person behind the complaint. Why do people keep encountering the same patterns? What is the body trying to tell us? And how can we not only fight symptoms but also look at the deeper cause?

My own life path has played an important role in this. Through various challenges and experiences of loss, I have learned how important it is to listen to yourself, give space to emotions, and take responsibility for your own growth. It is precisely these experiences that have shaped me into the person and therapist I am today.

Over the years, I have delved into various forms of holistic guidance including; trauma and grief processing, Reiki, sound and energy work, soul retrieval, and constellations. From this knowledge and experience, I guide people who are stuck, looking for more balance, or feel that more is possible than just treating the complaint itself.

Within my practice, I look at you as a whole. Body, emotions, thoughts, energy, and life story are inextricably linked. Together, we explore what needs to be seen, felt, or broken through, so that space is created for insight, healing, and personal growth.

My working method is often described as warm, down-to-earth, involved, and safe. I don't believe in "fixing" people, but in guiding them to their own strength and awareness. You already carry the answers within you; sometimes, you just need someone to help you make them visible again.

It is my mission to support people in rediscovering peace, balance, and self-confidence. From a safe and loving environment, I help you release old patterns, experience more connection with yourself, and take steps towards the life that truly suits you.
