      We will agree on a suitable moment in advance when you can sit or lie down quietly, without distractions. You don't have to do anything special - just be present and open to the energy.
    • 2. Intuitive preparation
      Just before the session I take the time to ground myself and energetically attune myself to your energy field. I do this in silence and with intention, so that the connection is pure and powerful.
    • 3. The treatment
      The Reiki distance treatment takes about 30 to 45 minutes. During this time, the energy flows exactly where it is needed – physically, emotionally or spiritually. You may experience warmth, tingling, emotions or deep peace, but sometimes you may also feel more subtle shifts.
    • 4. Follow-up via email
      After the session you will receive feedback by email about what I observed during the session. These can be feelings, images or themes that came up. You can respond to this or share your own experience - everything is allowed, nothing is required.

    Ordered before 4 PM, delivered tomorrow. During the holidays, this may take a little longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link to follow your delivery.

    Please note: If your parcel is delivered to a collection point, please ensure you pick it up within the retention period.

    Uncollected parcels that are returned will be processed subject to handling and packaging costs. These costs will be deducted from any refund. If you wish to receive the parcel again, new shipping costs will be charged.

    We ship worldwide! For orders outside the EU, we will take care of completing the necessary customs documents. This may entail some extra processing time, but don't worry: we'll arrange everything for you.

    You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Once we have received the return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days.

    Please ensure that you return the package in its original packaging and include a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for correct delivery.
